All Rivynn products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind
• Colour variations due to screen display differences

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us at info@rivynn.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@rivynn.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has typically begun and cancellations cannot be accommodated.
